Really good Stay in the Heart of the City

My room was very large and included a comfortable seating area! I appreciated the spacious bathroom and king bed. There were also many seating areas available throughout the hotel. We had a private roof deck, and the rooftop pool area offered a bar with plenty of seating.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold though the staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked a Premium Junior Suite Patio. I found the room very disappointing. The patio terrace had cigarette ashes and a lot of mold. The heating did not work, so I was freezing the whole night. Even the shower water was not hot enough.

i appreciated the helpful reception staff . my room overlooked calle gloria and it was large, comfortable and well appointed. the hotel provided free apples and oranges in jars throughout the hotel, i found this a very nice touch.
the coffee machine in my room did not work and there was no milk or coffee in it. i constantly asked for coffee, this was inconvenient.
